Quality in education and schools refers to changes that reflect in students' behavior. The only valid criterion for quality, then, is students' desirable behavior. Quality in education and in macro level of education is, in fact, satisfaction and pleasantness of students and their parents. A school that enjoys a TQM pays special attention to needs and wishes of students and teachers. It, thus, can react appropriately and timely against their needs and can make optimal use of its limited sources to satisfy them. Gaining information as to degree of utilizing TQM by managers in educational units might lead to new pedagogical programs and strengthening of decision making by respective officials that, in turn, leads to an improvement in educational system and society. The present volume deals with the investigation of the degree of awareness and utilization of TQM by managers and its relationship with efficiency from teachers' perspectives. To put it another way, the main purpose of authors is to look into the awareness and use of TQM by managers and its interplay with efficiency from teachers' perspectives in elementary schools.
