Waterfalls in Melbourne

Waterfalls in Melbourne was the story of Kate Dickinson Edwards' early struggles with being orphaned by the mafia, kidnapped by a cult, being in an abusive home, and finally being brought into a loving adoptive home. Despite that, she still struggled to avoid the fear that arose from her past, and it was only when she met with Jesus on a family vacation in Australia that she is set free to live a life of purpose and courage. Her discussion with Jesus about how He and "Daddy" dealt with suffering and wanted those who love them to respond to it gives her the courage she needs to take this news to others, her especial care being Nita and others she met in the cult. She confides this meeting with Jesus to her adoptive older brother, Billy, who is deeply impressed with the lessons she learned in that church.
