A Dogs Journey

American family comedy drama following the life of a dog named Bailey (voice of Josh Gad) whose soul moves on every time his body dies, only to be recurrently reunited with his owner, Ethan (Dennis Quaid). As Ethan grows older, Bailey finds a companion in Ethan's granddaughter, CJ (Emma Volk/Kathryn Prescott) and the two become inseparable. However, when CJ's mother moves them far away and Bailey loses his best friend, he sets out to reunite with her however he can.
